FRENCHS POTATO SALAD RESCUE DRESSING

Add a little white wine vinegar to French's Classic Yellow Mustard and mayonnaise to make a dressing that will refresh and bring to life one pound of purchased potato or pasta salad.

French's® Classic Yellow® Mustard
2 cups
Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp.
White wine vinegar,(plus 1 tsp.) Salt

DIRECTIONS


  1. Combine all ingredients. Hold refrigerated and add as needed to potato salad.

A mild wing can be achieved by simply reducing the Frank’s or heat it up with additional Frank’s.

This glaze is also perfect on smoked pulled pork shoulder or roasted chopped chicken thigh meat.

For a seasonal and local approach, use a local apple orchard cider in the fall.
