BUFFALO CHICKEN DIP

INGREDIENTS


YIELD: 12 cups

1 1/2 cups
Frank's RedHot® Original Buffalo Wings Sauce
1 1/2 lbs.
Cream cheese,softened
1 1/2 cups
Blue cheese dressing>
3/4 cup
Monterey Jack cheese,shredded
3 lbs.
Chicken thighs,6 cups, cooked, shredded
3 cups
French's® Crispy Fried Onions
6 Tbsp.
Blue cheese crumbles
6 Tbsp.
Celery,thinly sliced Corn tortilla chips

DIRECTIONS


  1. Combine Frank's RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce with cream cheese, dressing and Monterey Jack cheese. Fold in chicken. Divide among 12 crocks or shallow casserole dishes. Chill.
  2. Microwave each crock until hot, stirring halfway through the heating process.
  3. Cover each individual crock with 1/4 cup French's® Crispy Fried Onions and 1/2 tablespoon blue cheese. Place in Hot oven or under cheese melter to melt cheese and toast onions.
  4. Serve with celery sticks and chips.
