FRENCH’S® Ingredients also offers a variety of Dry Mustard Flours including Yellow Flour, Mayonnaise Flour, Chinese Style plus many more. Meat processors may choose from two kinds of Ground Mustards: Special and Choice. Both are formulated specifically for meat products.

Our Natural Viscosity Builders are widely used in formulating fat-free and reduced-fat dressings, sauces and condiments. Some work synergistically with other gums, or as a replacement for starch and gum systems.
